Inoni was a mountain nymph of the Greek mythology, which had received from god Apollo the unique gift to cure human wounds and heal them by the use of herbs. During the Trojan War, Inoni refused to cure Paris, as he had left her for Helen, resulting his death.

We chose Monopigado (30 km from the city of Thessaloniki) as an ideal location combining the appropriate altitude with a particularly favorable microclimate, as shown by soil analyzes and surveys related to the adaptability of aromatic plants to specific conditions, to successfully grow our crops. The planting material we chose is organic and was produced by a certified nursery.
1. Organic Sage
In Greece sage is self-sowed and grows in mountainous and rocky areas. It’s scientific name “salvia" comes from the Latin word "salvare", meaning salvage-healing. It is widely used as a hot drink for its antibacterial, antimicrobial, disinfectant, antispasmodic, anticancer and antioxidant properties. Treats excessive sweating, indigestion, inflammation of the mouth and throat, and nervous disorders. As seasoning, it is used in many Greek recipes, as it accompanies a wide variety of meat as well as salad-based potatoes
2. Organic Mountain Tea
In Ancient Greece it was given the name "Sideritis" (he who is made of iron) because it was considered an herb capable of healing wounds caused by iron weapons. Self-sowed in the Mediterranean area, mostly in the Greek mountainous area. According to studies, it contains antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, due to the presence of flavonoids. Suitable for fighting common cold, cough, bronchitis and bronchial asthma. A particularly aromatic herb, with intense color, fragrance and taste, indigenous to the Mediterranean countries. It is used for the preparation of beverages, plain or blended with other herbs, and acts as a spasmolytic, antimicrobial, analgesic, stomach soothing, diuretic and is useful to sleep disorders. It is also used as a flavoring, decorating the dishes with its magnificent blossoms
