Damask Rose for Cooking
Rose petals can be added into various teas and infusions and also as a sweetener instead of sugar or honey, or use it by itself to make a very unique infusion that can be drunk either hot or cold. We can also make liqueurs or disserts or use it in various sauces or stewed meats, vegetables and soups; one should be careful with it though and use a small amount so that our dish doesn’t end up as too sweet.
