About Lemon-Verbena

Lemon-verbena is an aromatic plant that has known for its medicinal properties.  It has a stronger lemony scent than lemon balm and lemongrass. It is a less known herb, but has excellent properties.
It has been used widely as a culinary herb, and as a tea. Typically it is used for relieving indigestion, heartburn, and for tonifying the digestive tract. It helps in indigestion, gas, colic, diarrhoea, constipation. 
It is also known to help insomnia, asthma, colds, fever, varicose veins, improve skin conditions and chills.
