Why Greek red saffron
Greek red saffron is well known for its distinguished excellent quality in their grading criteria, Grade 1, which covers i) bright red colour, ii) strong aroma, iii) strong flavour. Saffron grading starts from Grade 1 as the highest grade at grading point 190. Greek red saffron has a grading of average 256, way above Grade 1 standard. Production by Greek farmers is limited yearly, making their organic premium red saffron very well sought after globally.
How to Use Saffron
